Obituary of Pierina Virginia Vittorio

Pierina Virginia Vittorio died at Bridgeway Care Center in Bridgewater Twp. on Saturday, September 22, 2012 after a short illness. She was 88. Born in Bernardsville, NJ to the late Nicholas and Virginia (Del Monte) Baldassare, she was a resident of Peapack for 65 years. Mrs. Vittorio was a member of St. Brigid's R. C. Church in Peapack, and the Happy Rockers Seniors Club.She worked as a domestic until two years ago. She was predeceased 20 years ago by her husband Tom, and her granddaughter Dana Uhler (Oct. 2010). Survivors include her son Anthony and his wife Mary of NC, her brother Joseph Baldassare, two sisters Natalie Howell, and Louise Mastrobattista; and grandchildren Kerry Vittorio, Amanda Farrell, and John Farrell and his wife Kacey;and four great grandchildren Collin and McKaylea Uhler, and Sylvie and Julia Farrell. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.Funeral Services will be from the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:30 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at St. Brigid's R. C. Church on Main Street in Peapack.Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery on Mt. Airy Road in Basking Ridge.
